First and foremost, A mother, a partner, and business professional. In my 30 years of age, I have experienced many life giving moments and tragic experiences that have all shaped my way into health and fitness today.
Natural Labor, 2 Surgeries, an eating disability to name a few things I've overcome.
My goal is to coach and inspire mothers, anyone struggling with any food disabilities, health disorders, or just anyone new to fitness ready for a challenge all around.

Meal planning requires discipline and routine with foods as you'll have a tailored plan designed to get you to your goals.
However, this doesn't mean you'll have to count your calories and weigh your food with every bite you take. Meal planning is designed to keep you on track whether you're at home, on vacation or simply at an outing with food.

Food Therapy is designed to be a program to do more than achieve better eating habits and physique goals.
Our sessions are a safe place to express where you may feel stuck and where you want to be mentally and emotionally. We create a bond, we talk about our struggles, experiences and find areas where we relate.
We end our sessions by talking about the achievements you've made & plan your steps to your next check in.
